The other day I was whipping up a smoothie post-workout and this was the end result. It was SO good that I have to share! It’s protein-rich, high in potassium + magnesium to soothe tired muscles, iron + calcium-rich, and it tastes like heaven.

Ingredients:
2/3 C frozen cherries
1/3 C pistachios
1 TB (heaping!) tahini
1 scoop Further Food Collagen Protein
1 C raw coconut water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s smoothified!
