Jessica Moler

Welcome back to Tell Me About It: A Biz Babe Interview Series! This month we are hearing from Jessica Moler, who is co-Founder of HAND & LAND.

This series is meant to be an inside look at other babes who are leading incredible lives, to serve as a source of information and inspiration for you to live your dream life! Let’s get after it!

What’s your company / job / “who” you work as?
Keeper of HAND & LAND

Your career purpose, in three words:
Alignment, connection, and integrity

What are you most excited about right now?
Renovating and decorating my newly purchased 1920’s home with my boo muffin

What were some of the biggest obstacles you faced in the past year?
Stories that I had about myself or life that were based in fear, insecurity, and conditioning.

List the top habits that keep you feeling like you can take on the world:
I like to relate to them like more rituals than habits, and on the daily I have a morning and evening beauty care routine, if I am feeling flighty or overwhelmed I take time to focus my attention on presence, often utilizing stones/gems/crystals in my grounding process, and I choose to recognize things in my life that I am deeply grateful for throughout the day.

Any words of encouragement for someone trying to forge their own path?
We all know what it’s like to be in relationship with other people, what has really worked for me is nurturing the relationship I have to myself. I have noticed that as I become more established in my relationship to self, life flows with much more ease.

It’s time to dance, and you’re the DJ. What music are you playing?
Oh… I love to dance. I enjoy shaking it to anything by Prince or Florence + The Machine but my all time favorite dance track is Freak-A-Leek by Petty Pablo 😉

If I could collab with anyone right now, it would be…
Asia Suller with One Willow Apothecaries.

When I need to hit the “reset” button on my life, I…

I can’t start my day without…

I feel the most alive when I…
travel solo, hold a tiny baby, confront a fear or experience something new. (basically whenever I’m present)

And lastly: what’s your biggest win this month? Brag about yourself!
I paid myself! The first check was cut and we’re already talking about a raise. Boom
