Also known as the “I’m working from home all day and don’t have time to go to the store” soup!

3 cans tomatoes
2 potatoes, diced
1 sweet potato, diced
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 C nutritional yeast
3+ scoops Further food Collagen Peptides
1 can coconut milk
24 oz broth / stock
2 TB tomato paste
Coconut oil to saute

1. Saute garlic and onion in a large soup pot.
2. Add all diced potatoes and saute for a few minutes.
3. Add all remaining ingredients.
4. Boil until potatoes are soft.
5. Blend soup.
6. Season with salt, white pepper, and turmeric.
